These Oil Burner Atomizer Tips (Nozzles) are manufactured out of a speciality grade of hot working steel to maintain the integrity of passage sizes at high boiler temperatures. The tips are hardened, tempered and lapped to maintain a controlled spray flow of oil and steam into the boiler for optimum combustion.
